I stayed by the tower until 7 o'clock in the morning. Some guys had been standing on a concrete platform by the Tourist Agency holding the tri-colored Lithuanian flag all night. Later, I think around 5 a.m., a red flag appeared in the tower, and some time later, a second one... I saw paratroopers carrying some boxes from the tower and loading them into a sheltered vehicle.
