... When I ran over to the tower on Sunday, the tanks had already begun shooting. People had their hands joined. Tanks were firing blanks at them. After each shot people fell down. Paratroopers with sub-machine guns appeared. Some of them broke inside, while others were shooting and beating people, forcing them off the territory. I looked and saw three people under the tracks of a tank! We dragged two of them out, but we couldn't free the woman. I was once a tank driver, so I motioned to the soldier through the little window to go in reverse. The tank remained standing there for some time, but eventually it moved. We carried the woman down and drove her away.
